I have always been the type to write things down, make lists, vision boards, and even yearly goal posters to keep myself motivated and on track. When I heard about this awesome training journal from Believe I Am I was definitely ready with pen in hand! I have loved writing since I was young…Yes I have a box with all my old notebooks full of ideas, goals and lists lol :) This training journal is different than anything else I have written in before and the best part is it looks awesome!
It gives you lots of different pages to fill in things like goals, race results, check-ins, and more. I started by filling in 2 goals that I have. Check them out :)
I decided to go with a goal for my mind and one for my body. My soul is taken care of at happy hour with the hubby once a week as “date night”!! What can I say…I’m a lucky lady ;) I was also lucky enough to get a personal message in my journal from Lauren Fleshman herself.
